Charity Announcement

As of today, we have ceased to operate as a charity and unfortunately will no longer be accepting any further referrals.

As announced earlier this year today is our last day operating as a charity. It was a very difficult decision but I feel the time is right. Over the last 6 years we have sent gifts out to over 170 children diagnosed with a brain tumour and over 200 siblings. As well as this we have raised awareness of paediatric brain tumours and the signs and symptoms. The charity was set up to make Sams wishes come true - giving children presents and making them smile. I believe we have achieved this.

There are so many people to thank from far and wide, without the fundraising they have carried out none of this would have been possible.
I’ve had my wonderful committee who have supported and encouraged and without whom couldn’t have managed.

Once all our paperwork and financials are wrapped up what remaining funds we have will be donated to Brain Tumour Research, once we have a total we will post an update.

Finally, I want to leave you with 2 photos. Firstly my precious boy Sam, I hope we have made him proud what an amazing child to be thinking of others when so unwell himself, I’m so proud to call him my son.

Secondly here is a reminder of the signs and symptoms of a brain tumour. I know most people think it won’t happen to them - neither did we until it did. Know these symptoms, it could save a life.

Thanks again, wonderful supporters!

About Sam

Sam always loved getting presents especially ones that were delivered. Before Sam passed away his daddy asked him what he would like us to do for other sick children and he simply said give them presents.
